Shipping & Returns
Items must be returned for refund or exchange within three (3) business days from the order date. Lack of hood clearance is not justification for a return. No items accepted for return without prior authorization. Items returned must be accompanied by an RGA (returned goods authorization) number. Items must be returned in new condition in their original and un-opened packaging. No items will be accepted for return once they have been installed. No returns accepted on electrical/electronic components. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. No refunds given for shipping under any circumstances.
There are companies out there using the Pro-M name to sell products that are not produced by Pro-M. These unethical companies ride on the coattails of Pro-M in order to mislead you into buying their substandard products. People are victimized by these companies every day. Be sure to ask if you are getting an actual Pro-M product. If you are unsure, feel free to call or email and ask if your distributor is authorized to sell our product. |
